We have used Boonah Real Estate to manage our rental properties in the district since 2002, having realised the necessity of having someone specialising in this field to deal with changes, and legal aspects of renting. We have found them to be impartial, dealing only in what is correct in the situation, and not favouring tenant or owner.
They have proved to be approachable, obliging and appreciative of the fact that we try to present our property in top condition of the rental market, resulting in low vacancy between tenants.
